Your life is about choices you make and the route you choice to go down. It can be hard to try to take yourself out the hood or the environment you are in because that may be all you know. But I always told myself I didn't want to be a product of my environment. I always wanted to be different and make something of myself. I could have been a drug dealer a hard head but I choice to listen and I realized that got me way father in life and gave me the life skills I have now. I love to have my own mind it shows that I am independent and strong minded

I love that you choice this decision. I think it was a good decision. I strongly believe that it is better to do something with your life than to just be on a corner for the rest of your life selling drugs or just doing whatever. You cant really do much if you walked down this road. But the road that you are going down, the possibilities are unlimited. You don't know what might happen when you get to college. You can end up creating something that somebody has never done. Or become famous. Anything can happen. It doesn't even have to be college. But i don't think that these opportunities will happen if you just sit on a corner doing the same routine every day. Im glad to see your growth Denaz. Keep up the good work.
